Sabrina Castiglione

Sabrina joined Pento as its first Chief Operating Officer to run G&A functions and drive operational excellence across the company. She previously was the CFO at Tessian (then CheckRecipient) and ran all operational and finance functions, including finance, legal, people, talent, IT, facilities and information security.

Martin Korman

Marty has over 25 years experience working with investors, boards, and management. He helps companies and investors navigate significant M&A and investment transactions and corporate governance matters. Marty is particularly well known for his work in the technology sector, where he represents public and private companies in purchase and sale transactions.

Victoria Sörving

Victoria is the Chief Legal Officer at Funnel. Victoria has previously worked as the General Counsel at Tink, as a Senior Associate at Hannes Snellman, and as an Associate at DLA Piper Sweden.

Husayn Kassai

Husayn is the founder and CEO of Quench, a customer insights platform. He previously founded and served as the CEO at digital identity scaleup Onfido for ten years, where he raised $200m in investment.

Renn Vara

Renn co-founded SNP Communications in 1992, introducing enterprise communication media before the days of podcasting and video calls. His TalkRadio product allows business leaders to find their audiences and focus their business. Renn is known for helping leaders connect with their true values and mission as the basis for ethical leadership.

Shan Lee

Shan is Chief Information and Security Officer at DocPlanner. His lengthy experience includes roles as CISO at Wise, and Head of Information Security at JUST EAT. His background spans managerial and advisory roles as well as to highly technical architecture, design and implementation positions.

Richard Mabey

Richard is the CEO and co-founder of Juro, the collaborative contract management platform. He trained at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and worked at LegalZoom, before founding Juro in 2016. In 2019, the Financial Times recognized Richard as one of the top ten legal technologists globally.

Stephanie Dominy

Stephanie is a UK-qualified solicitor with 25 years of experience, the majority spent as an in-house legal leader, in a variety of industries. Stephanie has deep experience of working with founders and senior leaders. She is a trusted advisor to senior executives and boards who value her judgment and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Éanna O’Donnell

Éanna O'Donnell is EMEA Regulatory Counsel at Stripe specialising in financial regulation and product development. Previously, Éanna worked as an analyst on Stripe’s Global Sanctions and AML/CTF teams (CAMS qualified) and as a User Operations Associate on Stripe Dublin's landing team.

Sonya Iovieno

Sonya Iovieno is Head of Venture & Growth Banking at SVB UK, where she supports high growth companies that have raised equity from venture capital funds. Working with founders and their teams from Series A up to IPO, Sonya provides debt capital to help companies scale and expand. She joined SVB UK in 2016. Sonya has 25 years of corporate and commercial banking experience, working with FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies. Before her current role, she was responsible for new business origination with mid-market companies at Lloyds Bank.

Daniel Geller

Daniel is the Deputy General Counsel at Revolut. He joined Revolut in 2017 as the Legal Counsel and is responsible for defining and executing the group's global legal and regulatory strategy. Since joining Revolut the team has grown to over 50 lawyers and paralegals. Before joining Revolut, Daniel was at Fox Williams working in the Commerce and Technology department advising fintech clients.

Andras Mercer

Andras oversees all financial and operational functions at Leapwork. He brings almost two decades of experience, having held CFO roles at Zepz (previously WorldRemit) and Ebury, and senior strategy and management roles at Centrica PLC and McKinsey & Company.

Tania Esparza

Tania is the Head of Legal and Policy at Fever. She was previously an associate at Squire Patton Boggs in Madrid, and has held both in-house and private practice roles since training at Uría Menéndez.

Daniel Rados

The Head of Legal for Europe at Wise. Prior to this, he worked as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis from October 2017 to November 2019. Daniel was also an Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills from February 2016 to September 2017, where he worked on the Financial Services Regulation team. From January 2013 to January 2016, Rados worked as a lawyer at the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC). Daniel began their career as an investigations officer at the Energy and Water Ombudsman NSW from April 2012 to January 2013, before working as a legal clerk at Grace Lawyers from February 2010 to August 2010.

Daniel Glazer

Daniel heads the market-leading US expansion group at Wilson Sonsini in London, advising UK and European tech and life sciences companies on raising US capital and expanding their businesses into US markets. Daniel has represented UK/European-based companies as US counsel for more than 20 years.

Richard Grey

Richard has over 25 years experience in the software industry across a number of roles and sectors. He has the specialist information security and cybersecurity knowledge required in delivering SaaS solutions and securing PII data, compliant with industry standard best practice, including ISO 27001, GDPR and Cyber Essentials requirements. Prior to joining Bright Software Group as CISO, Richard was Director of Information Security at FreeAgent, the cloud-based Accounting platform serving over 150,000 SMEs predominantly in the UK and Ireland, bought by NatWest. Previous roles have been at SaaS businesses providing Compensation Management and Employee Benefit solutions for large corporate clients, both also acquired by larger industry players.

Bratin Roy

Bratin Roy is the General Counsel at Ripjar, a data intelligence platform company. Ripjar is a Series B scaleup whose customers include world leaders in financial crime, national security, cyber crime, cybersecurity, aerospace, banking and systems integration. Bratin has worked in-house for over 12 years, first at Google and then at ION Group.

Joseph Mason

Joe is the Legal Counsel at Faculty, one of Europe's leading applied artificial intelligence companies. He works across corporate, commercial, privacy, intellectual property and product regulatory. Before joining Faculty, he was an associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, advising technology companies and private equity funds on various legal issues.

Michael Haynes

Michael is the General Counsel at Juro. Michael has years of experience taking leading roles in legal teams at fast-growth companies. He was Group Head of Legal at Cazoo, after senior roles at RVU and Zoopla (ZPG). Michael trained at practised at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer before moving in-house.

Bronwyn Boyle

Brownyn is the Director of Solis Solutions. She is a deeply experienced cyber security executive in the financial and fintech industries, having been CISO at Mambu, Head of Security & Counter-fraud at Open Banking, and Head of Cyber Change at Lloyds Banking Group.

Shirin Shah

Shirin is Legal Counsel (Director) at Excsientia, a biotech company at the forefront of AI drug discovery. Amongst various charitable endeavours, she is the co-founder of South Asian Sisters Speak (SASS). Shirin trained and was a corporate associate at CMS UK.
