Lucy Bassli

Lucy Bassli is a transactional attorney and legal operations consultant with an extensive background in contract negotiation and legal innovation. She is also the founder of InnoLaw Group. Before starting her own legal services company, Lucy was the Assistant General Counsel of Legal Operations and Contracting at Microsoft, where she was responsible for the corporate contract management system, among many other legal functions. Lucy is also the author of three legal innovation books, and a regular speaker on the topic of legal process outsourcing and contract inefficiencies.
