Raj Mahapatra is Senior Counsel at Wilson Sonsini in London, where he draws on over 30 years of experience across sectors like biotech, PR, insurance, and nonprofit, with a focus on AI and Clean Tech. Raj advises on corporate governance, finance, intellectual property, and policy matters. His diverse background includes roles such as Head of Business Affairs, Head of Operations, and CFO, as well as directorships and nonprofit leadership.
In addition to his legal practice, Raj participates in the firm’s Executive Advisory Program, providing strategic counsel informed by his expertise in compliance, IP, and stakeholder engagement. An early adopter of online technology, he’s committed to advancing tech and climate solutions, most recently as General Counsel for a company pioneering climate intelligence platforms. Raj is also an active member of the TechGC community and co-chaired the European Summit in 2023.
