Shay Xiao

Shay Xiao is the Senior Associate Counsel at Visa, and a former Legal Counsel at Dentsu International. Shay originally trained and qualified as a Solicitor at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, completing a secondment at Save the Children. Shay also runs Nutty Belly Gal, a small batch craft peanut butter brand based in London.
