Tanisha Minev is the Senior Legal Counsel at Yoco where she leads corporate legal activities related to investment funding and corporate governance. Tanisha is also in charge of contracts and legal operations, with a wealth of experience optimizing these processes internally.
Before joining Yoco, Tanisha was Legal Counsel at Deloitte South Africa where she delivered internal legal advice and negotiated large-scale commercial agreements for the business.
Tanisha has over ten years of expeirence in legal practice and corporate settings, and she recently co-authored a publication on legal operations in the AI era.
