Francesca Porter is the Group General Counsel at PolyAI, and she previously held the role of General Counsel at Onfido, a fast-growing AI company where she first joined as Legal Counsel. Francesca was also shortlisted for the General Counsel of the year award at the British Legal Awards 2024. She is skilled in commercial law, negotiations, and in the delivery of strategic legal advice.

Danielle McLoughlin is the Head of Legal and Compliance at Pento where she worked across a variety of legal tasks, including contract drafting, due diligence, risk management, and data protection. Before joining Pento, Danielle held a similar role at Mission Labs as Head of Legal, and at The Fragrance Shop as Group Legal Director. Danielle has a wealth of experience setting up legal functions from scratch and acting as a sole legal counsel.

Michael Haynes is the General Counsel at Juro, bringing over a decade of legal expertise to the team. Since joining in 2022, Michael has led Juro’s legal function, supporting the platform’s mission to empower businesses with intelligent contract automation. 

As a two-time customer prior to joining Juro, Michael occupies a key role in helping to guide product strategy to meet the needs of time-crunched legal teams looking to agree contracts faster.

An experienced in-house lawyer, Michael has a strong track record in tech, intellectual property, and data protection law, making him a critical asset to high-growth digital companies. Previously, Michael was Group Head of Legal at Cazoo, where he helped navigate the company’s rapid expansion and led its legal operations. He also held senior legal roles at RVU and ZPG, focusing on commercial law and compliance in innovative digital settings. Michael began his career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as a trainee and then associate.

Known for his pragmatic approach and collaborative mindset, Michael ensures that Juro remains compliant, forward-looking, and resilient in the fast-evolving legal tech landscape.

Andrew Cooke is the General Counsel at TravelPerk, a leading business travel management platform where he heads up the risk management function. Before TravelPerk, Andrew built award-winning teams for other companies, including Fnatic and Flash Entertainment.

Okechukwu Eke is the General Counsel at Moniepoint, formerly known as TeamApt. Okechukwu specializes in facilitating local and cross-border commercial transactions. Before joining Moniepoint, Okechukwu held roles as Legal Counsel at several financial institutions, including the Union Bank of Nigeria, Access Bank, and First Bank of Nigeria.

Okechukwu Eke is recognized as part of the GC Power list for General Counsels in Nigeria, and he obtained his Master of Laws degree from the University of Leeds. Okechukwu is also a Juro customer.

Isoken Aigbomian is the Strategic Partnerships Manager at Moniepoint, a Nigerian fintech company that provides banking services and loans via an online banking app.

In her role, Isoken leads a team of relationship managers and manages key accounts, as well as driving revenue through key partnerships.
