Rebecca McKenzie is a General Counsel at Codat, where she previously held the role of Head of Legal. Rebecca has more than 12 years of experience, and she was the Legal Counsel at businesses like Modulr and River Island before joining Codat. Rebecca has a wealth of experience leading Legal, People and InfoSec teams, and acting as a trusted advisor for legal issues ranging from intellectual property to data protection and corporate strategy.

Shay also runs Nutty Belly Gal, a small batch craft peanut butter brand based in London.

Nastassia Drahi is the Head of Legal at HiPay where she manages legal affairs and is part of the executive team. In her role, Nastassia manages a legal team of three and is responsible for optimizing workflows and implementing legal processes. She is also responsible for the drafting and management of commercial and procurement contracts, alongside larger projects around data protection and intellectual property.

Before joining HiPay, Nastassia was the Legal Counsel at Jellysmack where she audited legal processes and established new and improved ways of working for the legal function.
