New in Juro: Merge & split cells, indentation enhancements, access controls & negotiation upgrades

Merge and split cells

We’ve added additional table functions that are available on import, export and inside Juro.

• To merge cells select the cells you wish to merge and use the merge icon on the floating toolbar.
• To split cells, select the previously merged cell and use the split icon on the floating toolbar.

Text indentation improvements

We’ve introduced new controls for indenting paragraphs and lists.

Paragraph indentation

Position your text as you desire using the indent controls in the formatting toolbar.

Zero-indent lists

A new set of list types allowing for a fixed level of indentation for all levels of a list.

Access controls & negotiation upgrades

We’ve added the ability to change contract ownership, improved visibility of who has access to which contracts, introduced a specific version review for counterparties, and upgraded the ‘Negotiation’ mode UI.  

Ownership change

Workspace admins can now change the owner of contracts and templates to help keep workspaces organized and structured.

Access transparency

Users can see which member groups in the workspace have access to contracts.

Counterparty version history

Now, counterparties have access to a limited form of versioning. 

This will help counterparties to better understand the document sent to them – for example, whether or not their legal team has already interacted with it. 

Confidential items, like internal comments or changes that happened before the counterparty entered the document for the first time, are not shown.

Negotiation mode UI update

We’ve updated the UI of the negotiation mode to bring it in line with our improved timeline visual patterns. It’s now simpler to read and understand!
