New in Juro: Upload PDF over a version, signing reminders

This month, we’ve made it easier to upload PDF versions over existing contracts – and prevent changes to fully signed documents – with our new version status settings. We’ve also introduced automated signing reminders 🎉

Upload over existing version status

Now, after uploading the PDF over the existing contract, you can choose the status of the version to keep it unlocked for further changes or new versions (‘Uploaded’), OR lock it if already executed (‘Fully signed’).

This means that, when working with versions, you are no longer limited in the number of uploaded contract versions until you choose ‘Fully signed’ or once all signatories have signed.

Signing reminders

You no longer have to manually remind your parties to sign a contract by sending countless emails – just enable ‘Signing reminders’, choose when you want the first reminder to be sent and whether and how often it should repeat.

Juro will automatically remind the signatory if the signing hasn’t happened yet. Once signing is complete, reminders will stop.
