New in Juro: create & upload contracts from Slack, Folders, create new versions in Salesforce

New upload functionality in Slack

We’re excited to announce that users in our Slack beta program now have access to the new upload functionality. This feature allows users to upload files in DOCX or PDF format directly into Juro. With this enhancement, business teams can seamlessly bring documents like vendor contracts or NDAs from third parties into Juro—without needing to access the platform directly.

Key features of the upload functionality:

• Upload files as new documents into Juro.
• Upload files against templates.
• Name uploaded files for better organization.
• Mark uploaded files as fully signed.

This new addition complements our existing functionality, which lets users create documents directly from Slack. Together, these features empower users to self-serve directly within the tools they already use.Currently, this feature is exclusive to customers participating in the Slack beta program but will be made available to all customers in the future.

Salesforce support for ‘Create new versions’

We’re excited to announce that customers using our Salesforce integration can now access the asynchronous negotiation feature, ‘Create new versions.’ Previously, this feature was only available for contracts originating directly from Juro or other integrations. Now, it is fully compatible with Salesforce’s two-way synchronization - ensuring no data is lost during the process.

How it works:

1. Create a contract in Salesforce and activate the ‘Create new versions’ feature.
2. Once negotiations begin, the contract will be locked for edits until the counterparty completes their changes and sends the contract back.
3. If there are data conflicts between information synchronized from Salesforce and updates provided by the counterparty, you will be able to review and resolve each conflict. All data will then be synchronized seamlessly.

This update enhances the flexibility of our Salesforce integration, enabling smoother collaboration and more efficient contract negotiations directly within your existing workflows.

Folders

With our new folders functionality you can now:

• Create, rename and delete folders and subfolders up to 8 levels deep (workspace admins only)
• See a list of all folders and subfolders from the sidebar
• Add or move a document to a folder from the repository or from within the editor
• Add or move documents to a folder in bulk from table views

User-level AI Extract

​AI Extract is now live for users with user-level access. Legal and Procurement teams can easily create self-serve third-party upload and review workflows for their business teams, powered by AI. That's right - no more need to force them to manually fill out all the information!

With this update, users can extract key datapoints:

• Immediately after upload: Simply press the "Start Extraction" button within the pop-up window after upload to automatically extract the most important information.‍
• Within any document: Simply press the "Extract Data" button within any previously uploaded document.
