Alistair Houghton

Alistair Houghton is the Founder of Magneto Counsel, where he acts as a Fractional General Counsel for venture and growth backed companies. Before founding Magneto Counsel, Alistair held a role as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Curve, where he built and led the Legal, Co Sec, and Public Affairs team. Alistair has also held senior legal roles in other financial institutions, including as Head of Legal at TSB Bank, and as Senior Lawyer at Lloyds Banking Group.
