"If you’re spending a lot of time generating contracts, Juro is a no-brainer"

BB Imaging is a diagnostic ultrasound provider that partners with healthcare systems to deliver high-quality imaging services, from staffing to turnkey department solutions.
As the company grew rapidly, its contract process couldn’t keep up—manual work in Word and email threads slowed down the sales cycle and stretched the team thin.
We spoke with Courtney Byrne, Director of Strategic Growth at BB Imaging, to learn how the team automated contract generation, streamlined approvals, and reduced turnaround time from two days to two hours with Juro.
As BB Imaging expanded its partnerships across the US, the volume of contracts ballooned. The sales team was creating up to 30 contracts per month—each one a fresh Word document that required manual input from multiple departments.
“Every contract had to be created from scratch,” explains Courtney. “We’d populate Word docs, email them around for edits internally, and then proofread every version multiple times to make sure tracked changes hadn’t been turned off and edits hadn’t crept in. It was a huge admin burden.”
The process relied on a patchwork of tools: Microsoft Word and OneDrive for drafting and storage, Adobe Sign for execution, and Salesforce to retain deal data. This made it difficult to track status, introduce consistency, or maintain visibility.
As growth accelerated, the cracks began to show.
“We got to the point where the work was growing so quickly that we needed to hire someone full-time just to manage the Word documents. That’s when we realised something needed to change.”
BB Imaging’s goal was to eliminate the manual effort of contract generation while keeping the flexibility needed for a healthcare business with many service types.
The ideal solution needed to:
Juro ticked all of those boxes, and the BB Imaging team onboarded the solution back in 2023.
BB Imaging implemented Juro to automate contract creation directly from Salesforce. The sales team simply populates deal data in Salesforce, and this generates a watertight agreement, with just a few additional smartfields captured in Juro.
“The Salesforce integration is definitely our number one feature—it makes our lives so much easier,” Courtney explains. “Our contracts have varying details depending on the service we’re delivering. Juro’s conditional logic handles that effortlessly, allowing us to automate term inputs based on the nature of the agreement.”

Flexible approval and signatory links also give the growing organization control without slowing things down.
“Our internal approval processes change depending on the service we provide. The approver link has been super helpful for that. It gives us the flexibility we need to move quickly where it matters most.”
When it came to client adoption, Courtney admits she was surprised by how smoothly things went.
“Initially, I didn’t think our clients would want to sign digitally,” she explains. “Healthcare can have firewall limitations, and I expected traditional signature requests. But the majority of our counterparties do sign in Juro – more than I thought possible.”

“And in the instances where they do want to sign with wet ink, we love that Juro lets us export a Word or PDF version, then re-upload the signed copy. It’s simple and fast.”
The team also automated post-signature workflows using Zapier integrations, eliminating manual notifications and data entry.
“Before Juro, I had to fill out a form in Airtable every time a contract was signed to notify finance and scheduling, then chase that up. I’ve since integrated Juro with Airtable via Zapier, and this all happens automatically—with minimal follow up required.”
By moving away from manual Word-based contracting, BB Imaging has freed its sales and ops teams to focus on growth, not admin.
“Before Juro, we spent so many evenings proofreading and double-checking contracts—it was strenuous,” says Courtney. “Now we can move fast with confidence, knowing nothing slips through the cracks.”
The time and cost savings have been substantial. What used to take two full days, from contract creation through to signature and notifications, now takes just two hours.

Courtney estimates that the company has saved at least 20 hours every week that were previously lost to manual contract admin — the equivalent of $30,000 to $50,000 a year in salary costs for that function.
“Before Juro, it took two full days to get a contract created and sent out. Now, it takes just two hours,” she says. “That’s a massive difference when you’re managing 20 to 30 contracts every month.”
“We did end up hiring someone to support us with contracts,” says Courtney. “But once Juro came in, that role evolved overnight. Instead of wrangling Word docs, they’re now focused on driving strategy and supporting growth — the kind of work that actually moves the business forward.”

When asked if she’d recommend Juro, Courtney doesn’t hesitate:
“Absolutely. If you’re spending a lot of time generating contracts, Juro is a no-brainer. It’s saved us time, reduced risk, and given us the flexibility we need to grow.
Juro has been the fastest tool we’ve ever onboarded. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and widely adopted. We are big fans.”
