Bulk Extract

You can now extract structured data from up to 200 contracts at once using Bulk Extract, saving hours of manual review time. With this feature, legal and ops teams can:

• Select and extract smartfields across hundreds of uploaded contracts

• Review extraction results with source highlights and confidence scores

• Accept and save all suggestions with one click

Bulk Extract is ideal for importing your legacy contracts, creating reports, or auditing existing repositories. It’s available now to all customers.

Introducing bulk reminders

After uploading and bulk extracting your legacy contracts, you can now set reminders across hundreds of documents in a few clicks – immediately unlocking renewal tracking, terminations, and other key obligation dates.

Our customers need instant insights into their contracts and this is one of many ways we're enabling this, by making your contracts truly actionable at scale.

Bulk reminders are only set on future dates by default and the functionality is only available for newly uploaded contracts, supporting up to 200 documents at once.
