Today Juro has a way to work. Meet Operator, your contract intelligence layer.
Operator is an agent that understands the context of your documents, enabling you to query any aspect of your contracts.
Ask Operator anything about your contracts in plain language - which MSAs renew this quarter, what your standard liability cap is, parent and child relationships - and get a reliable answer, with citation links so you can see the source.

We've made a few changes to how the platform looks and feels, with updates to navigation, structure, and visuals across the board.
What's changed:
Reviewing AI-suggested redlines in the Word add-in just got a lot faster. You can now accept or decline all AI suggestions in one click, rather than going through each one individually.

We've redesigned the workspace switcher and moved it into the page header, so it's easier to see where you are and move between the workspaces you have access to.

When a counterparty returns a Word version of a contract you created in Juro, the upload now preserves your original Juro formatting - far less "wonky" formatting and much smoother movement between Word and Juro.
What's changed:
.docx are imported into the Juro documentWe hope this means negotiating between Word and Juro on your own contracts becomes much easier!
Documents will now only appear in a signatory's to-do list once they've been explicitly sent for signing by the contract owner, rather than as soon as a signatory is added to the document.
This means you have full control over when signatories can act, so documents can't be signed before they're ready and the signing process moves in the right order every time.
