New in Juro: Introducing Operator, redesigned navigation, and more!

May was a busy month for product releases at Juro! Customers are benefitting from a brand new contract intelligence layer, a redesigned navigation, and so much more!

Say hello to Operator

Today Juro has a way to work. Meet Operator, your contract intelligence layer.

Operator is an agent that understands the context of your documents, enabling you to query any aspect of your contracts.

Ask Operator anything about your contracts in plain language - which MSAs renew this quarter, what your standard liability cap is, parent and child relationships - and get a reliable answer, with citation links so you can see the source.

Cleaner navigation and visual design

We've made a few changes to how the platform looks and feels, with updates to navigation, structure, and visuals across the board.

What's changed:

  • Redesigned navigation. Related pages are now grouped under shared areas with a cleaner icon rail, giving you a more coherent way to move around the platform.
  • New Workflows tab. Templates and playbooks have moved into a dedicated tab, giving admins a purposeful place to manage how Juro is set up for their team.
  • Visual updates. We've refreshed the typeface and button styles across the main pages, bringing things in line with where the Juro brand is heading and making the overall experience feel more polished.

Accept all/reject all AI Review redlines

Reviewing AI-suggested redlines in the Word add-in just got a lot faster. You can now accept or decline all AI suggestions in one click, rather than going through each one individually.

A clearer way to switch between workspaces

We've redesigned the workspace switcher and moved it into the page header, so it's easier to see where you are and move between the workspaces you have access to.

  • Switch with confidence. The switcher now sits in the page header, with the full name of your current workspace, so you can confirm where you are at a glance.
  • See your full access. Opening the switcher gives you a complete list of the workspaces you can reach, with the active one clearly marked.
  • Add workspaces in a couple of clicks. If you're an org admin, you can now create new workspaces directly from the switcher.

Improved formatting when uploading new contract versions

When a counterparty returns a Word version of a contract you created in Juro, the upload now preserves your original Juro formatting - far less "wonky" formatting and much smoother movement between Word and Juro.

What's changed:

  • Content changes from the .docx are imported into the Juro document
  • Style differences (bold, italic, fonts) aren't pulled in, so the Juro document keeps its original styling
  • Updated smartfields are redline-deleted with the new value shown as a plain-text redline beside them, so you can keep track of what needs approving
  • Whitespace differences are ignored
  • Text hidden by rules stays hidden

We hope this means negotiating between Word and Juro on your own contracts becomes much easier!

Signatories now only see documents that are ready for signature

Documents will now only appear in a signatory's to-do list once they've been explicitly sent for signing by the contract owner, rather than as soon as a signatory is added to the document.

This means you have full control over when signatories can act, so documents can't be signed before they're ready and the signing process moves in the right order every time.
