G.Network is a London-based internet service provider specializing in full-fibre broadband. They deliver high-speed, reliable internet to residential and business customers across London.
G.Network handles a large number of contracts across different segments due to the scale of their operations. They also operate in a highly regulated industry, requiring strict compliance with telecom regulations and industry standards. Despite this, they operate with a legal team of just two people.
Before implementing Juro, G.Network struggled with a fragmented, manual contract management process. Contracts were scattered across multiple tools, making it difficult to track where agreements were stored and what terms they included.
“We had no consistent signature process. The business was either using an eSignature tool, wet ink signatures, or a combination of both. On top of that, the eSignature tool we were using was becoming expensive and didn’t allow us to build a governance process for contracts,” says Emmanuelle Recoules, General Counsel at G.Network.
“We were struggling to find signed contracts, discovering untracked contracts and learning about renewals too late. This made it impossible to maintain consistent governance across the business, especially with so many signatories involved,” she explains.
Emmanuelle and her colleagues needed a way to consolidate processes and regain control while operating with a lean legal team. “We had hundreds of contracts issued by different teams and needed a solution that would push compliance at scale,” she adds.

G.Network needed a faster, more consistent way to agree contracts and improve business-wide governance.
More specifically, they were looking for a tool that enabled them to achieve the following things:
To ensure compliance of the highest standards and keep things running smoothly, G.Network needed a more efficient way to handle contracts—so they turned to Juro.
In 2022, G.Network’s IT team implemented Juro to streamline contract management for the Wayleave team. They created templates, later expanding them and integrating Juro with Salesforce.
This allowed the team to generate wayleave documents from Salesforce data, send them for signature, and record completions automatically. The system now manages contracts from creation to signature more efficiently.
Sharen Gill, Head of Juro Implementation, worked with G.Network’s Salesforce administrator to create a live two-way sync between the systems, with templates in Juro driving contracts in Salesforce.
Legal controlled the guardrails from Juro but empowered the Wayleave team to get contracts agreed themselves without leaving their customer relationship management tool (CRM).
The implementation was fast and efficient, allowing G.Network to gain value from Juro quickly. Craig Ellis, Head of IT led the rollout: “Implementation was smooth and setup was easy. I’m very happy with the service.”
Juro’s success led G.Network to replace its eSignature tool and expand its use to all contract signatures, including B2B T&Cs, procurement contracts, and internal documents.
“We have now expanded Juro’s use across legal and commercial teams, bringing contract execution into one platform,” says Emmanuelle. “This has created a more predictable, reliable contracting process and improved governance across the business.”
Juro has delivered stronger governance for the legal team. “We’ve enforced Chief Financial Officer signatures for most contracts, and have pre-agreed the delegation of signatures for certain teams. This prevents business users from signing agreements without legal oversight or pre-approved controls,” says Emmanuelle. The C-suite can also bulk sign contracts, which reduces their manual workload.
“Juro has saved significant time for both legal and business teams,” says Emmanuelle. “I receive fewer contract-related questions, and I no longer need to be involved in routine agreements as often.”
Consistency has also improved. “We trust that everyone is using the right templates and working in the right place. This gives us greater control while allowing teams to move faster,” Emmanuelle adds. “Without Juro, maintaining control and governance at scale would be a challenge, and we’d risk losing visibility of our agreements.”
For legal teams operating without dedicated legal ops support, Juro offers a scalable solution. “As a lean legal team, we don’t have the resources for a legal operations function. But with my knowledge, I can set up templates and workflows myself,” says Emmanuelle.
“I would definitely recommend Juro to a company needing to implement or enforce governance as it grows.”
